The above video details how to upload an Auction Gift. If you wish to upload a Prize Draw, please select this when the form prompts you and you will see the relevant fields for this option.
Purchase Price = £6
Amount raised for charity after the ANG Platform Fee = £5
Net amount received after the ANG Card Admin Fee of 2%+30p+VAT (2.4%+36p) = approximately £4.50

If you wish to submit a Gift with a Buy Now price, allowing customers to end the auction early by paying more, please let us know in the notes and we can discuss this with you before your auction goes live.
Frequently asked questions
Can I save my form halfway through?
Yes, at any point you can select "Save Draft" at the bottom right if you wish to come back to it. You can save as many times as needed before submitting for approval by A Noble Gift's team.
Do I need to enter a Reserve Price?
The Reserve Price is required - however, if you'd effectively like no reserve, add a note stating you want to set a starting price which matches the reserve price. This ensures that with one bid, the auction will close with a winner.
Can I see how the Gift will look on the website?
Yes - on Page 3, you have the option to "Preview Page" once you've entered all the Gift information. You can then make changes based on how it looks on the website.
Can I support a Charity which is not partnered with A Noble Gift?
Yes - please select "Other" under the Charity You Are Supporting dropdown, and then enter the name of the charity in the box below. Please note, the Benefitting Charity must be fully partnered with A Noble Gift for an auction to go live.
Can I add formatting to text on the Gift?
The Gift Description field supports advanced formatting options, including bold, underline, unordered lists, numbered lists, and more. Please make sure to use "Preview Page" to check you're happy with how it displays on the site.
Can I choose the Open/Close Datetimes?
The Gift Upload Form allows you to submit your preference - however, this is subject to approval by the team. Generally, auctions must close during A Noble Gift's business hours so we can monitor payments and ensure we're contactable if any issues arise.
Can we make changes to the Gift once we have submitted it?
No - once the Gift has been submitted for approval by our team, you'll need to get in touch with us to change anything.
We are a small charity that has been donated a Gift by a sponsor - can I upload the Gift or do they need to?
This is completely your choice. If you are already a Charity Partner, you can use your existing VMS account to upload the Gift, providing separate supplier details. However, if you anticipate this sponsor will want to donate inventory supporting your cause more regularly, we would recommend they onboard as a Brand Partner.
We are doing an event at the end of this month - is it ok if we have the Gift available for that event at the same time as auctioning it on A Noble Gift?
No - all auctions listed on A Noble Gift need to be listed exclusively on our platform.
