If you are an existing partner, you will have already been emailed information about how to get started with your VMS account. Please note, only the primary contact for your brand/charity will have received an invitation to setup a password for their account. If you wish for multiple people to have access to your partner portal, please get in touch listing the names and emails of the individuals; we will add these to the system for you, and they will be sent an email to setup a password.
Please note: all individuals with an account have access to a) edit partner page b) draft gifts and c) submit gifts for approval by our team. It is recommended you only request access for people you are happy to have this functionality.
Requests for additional Users must be requested by the Brand/Charity Primary Contact on our file.
